I am only fronting part of the agents commission so that the seller doesn&#039;t have to pay anything out of their pocket to do a deal with me.   I get credit for that 1% (or whatever I do pay up front) and the agent gets the rest of their commission when the home closes. It will be on the settlement/HUD statement.</description>
