Please search my blog on Doing lease options in Texas - i have a recording there you can listen to and I think it will really help you out. Lease Options can always be done - just how they are done might vary from state to state. Rent to own = Lease Option

In Texas, aren't we forced to really do a lease-purchase (Rent to Own with two agreements) than a lease-option? Are there any investors doing long term (180 days or more) lease-options in Texas?

Please assist. I really want to do this here.
