You can always be an investor and an agent at the same time. You represent yourself - just like you would any other buyer and take the buyer's agent fee. I only work with other "listings" for Sandwich lease options and not coop lease options. I hope this explains.

How do you conduct the transaction if you are a realtor, but want to transact this as an investor? Do you have to disclose you are a realtor and can you use your own contract forms when doing this technique?

Hi Phillip,
it doesn't.... Stimulus is ONLY for purchases and not options. You can do a Land Contract (aka Contract for deed) if you own the property and it would qualify but only then.
