		<description>You can always be an investor and an agent at the same time.  You represent yourself - just like you would any other buyer and take the buyer&#039;s agent fee.  I only work with other &quot;listings&quot; for Sandwich lease options and not coop lease options.  I hope this explains.</description>

it doesn&#039;t.... Stimulus is ONLY for purchases and not options.  You can do a Land Contract (aka Contract for deed) if you own the property and it would qualify but only then.
